As March 5th (reading TAKS) approaches, it's important to really build your child's confidence. Make sure that you use positive words and reassure them they can do it.
Tips to help relieve test fears:
1. Make sure your child gets enough sleep the night before test day.
2. Eat a healthy breakfast.
3. Visualize doing well on the test
4. Believe in yourself (you can do it!)
