End of the year

Dear 2006-2007 students,
Wow! It has been quite a year. It seems like just yesterday that we met at meet the teacher night and you unpacked your book bag for the first day of school. We have come so far!
I hope that you have enjoyed this year and that you have learned, not only about economics, response letters, and literature, but also how to talk to friends and solve your problems. I hope that when you walk out of the door and say good-bye to third grade that you leave with fond memories.
Next year may be difficult. Fourth grade teachers have very high expectations of their students. However, you CAN do it. I have prepared you for these high expectations.
You all have such many talents! I hope that you continue to work on your math word problems. You put 100% into your projects, daily work, and stories. Keep it up!
